After a training session, after Pilates, or simply on the days when you want something clean and satisfying without having to think about it.
The concept is deliberately simple: you build your own plate by choosing your protein, carbs and fats from a focused menu. That restraint is intentional — they do a few things very well instead of doing many things adequately. The meat quality is excellent for the price. The sweet potatoes and fries are genuinely addictive. And one detail that matters more than it might seem: they do not use vegetable oils in the kitchen, which is rare and appreciated.
The atmosphere is exactly what Jalan Sempol has become — busy, casual, full of people coming straight from the gyms and studios nearby. The space is mostly open-air with a small air-conditioned section, but the openness keeps it feeling like Bali rather than a fitness canteen. There is one honest thing worth saying upfront: the queues are real. At almost any time of day, finding a table during busy hours can feel like a challenge. The space is relatively small for the volume it handles, and if you arrive at peak time you will wait. That is not a complaint — it is a consequence of the quality — but it is worth knowing before you plan around it.

Not the fastest option, not the most intense — but the most comfortable, and on Bali's hotter afternoons that distinction matters more than it sounds. The restaurant is fully enclosed with strong air conditioning, comfortable sofas and a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to stay for longer than planned.
The menu is broader and more café-style than Butter or Openhouse, with customizable plates alongside a selection of protein coffees, shakes and — genuinely one of our favourites in the area — protein pancakes that are worth a specific trip. The healthy food is not quite at the same level as Butter or Openhouse in terms of sheer quantity and variety, but it is consistently good and reliably satisfying.
Service is slow. That is not a criticism — it is just the nature of the place. Savor rewards patience, and if you arrive without an agenda it becomes exactly the right kind of afternoon stop.

Rice creams, protein pancakes, high-protein waffles and a constantly rotating selection of fitness-focused meals make it one of the most gym-oriented healthy cafés in Pererenan. The mango shrimp rice and the homemade pasta bolognese are genuinely excellent — the kind of dishes that make you understand why someone who cares about food opened a restaurant rather than just a meal prep service.
