Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of bymarbali.com and any booking made with MAR Bali for a villa stay in Pererenan or Canggu, Bali. By enquiring, booking or staying with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed directly by our team via WhatsApp or email once availability is verified and a deposit is received. No booking is guaranteed until confirmed in writing by MAR Bali. For full details on deposits, balance payments and cancellations, please see our Cancellation Policy.

House Rules

MAR Bali is a private residential property. Open parties, amplified music and events that disturb the neighbourhood are strictly prohibited.
Private celebrations, weddings and retreats are welcome with prior approval and coordination with our team.
Guests are responsible for the conduct of their party and any damage caused during the stay.
Maximum occupancy for each villa must be respected at all times.
Smoking policies, pet policies and any villa-specific rules will be communicated at the time of booking.

Rates & Services

Rates displayed on bymarbali.com are per night starting rates and may vary by season, length of stay and specific dates. Optional services — including private chef, in-villa massage, helicopter transfers, private driver and additional van use — are available on request and charged separately unless otherwise stated.

Airport pickup in our MAR Bali Electric Van is complimentary for guests of MAR Bali 1 & 2. Additional use of the van during your stay is available as a paid extra, always with our driver.

Liability

MAR Bali takes reasonable care to ensure a safe and well-maintained property, but guests use all villa facilities — including pools, saunas and cold plunge — at their own risk. MAR Bali is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.

Third-Party Services

Where MAR Bali arranges third-party services on your behalf (transfers, chefs, spa treatments, drivers), these are provided by independent partners. While we select and coordinate these partners carefully, MAR Bali acts as a facilitator and is not itself liable for the direct provision of these services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on bymarbali.com at the time of your booking will apply to your stay.
